01 / Program Overview
Who Is NEDLAW5?
NEDLAW5 LLC develops practical online learning courses and offers participating organizations a way to earn a defined share of eligible course purchases through their campaigns.
Supporters purchase educational content. The participating school, nonprofit, team, alumni association, or community program receives the share specified in its written agreement after each sale qualifies under the agreed rules.
| What to Evaluate | What to Review |
|---|---|
| Courses | Learning content, price, access, and sample lessons |
| Campaign | Dedicated campaign link and promotional approach |
| Economics | Percentage, calculation base, refunds, and payment dates |
| Accountability | Reports, contacts, documentation, and written agreement |
This introduction does not establish that a specific partner has been approved or enrolled.
02 / How It Works
From Agreement to Partner Payment
-
Agree on the terms.
Identify eligible courses, the partner percentage, campaign dates, responsibilities, and reporting rules in writing. -
Set up the campaign.
NEDLAW5 provides a partner-specific purchase path or tracking method and approved promotional materials. -
Invite supporters.
The partner shares the approved campaign message with its community. Supporters choose whether to purchase. -
Track and reconcile.
Eligible purchases, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments appear in a periodic report. -
Pay the partner.
NEDLAW5 calculates and sends the payment according to the schedule stated in the agreement.
Course purchases are commercial transactions and are not automatically tax deductible. Campaign messages should clearly explain that supporters are purchasing a course.
03 / Fundraising Illustration
What Participation Could Generate
This illustration assumes a $100 average eligible purchase and a 30% partner share, with no refunds, chargebacks, or other adjustments.
| Eligible Purchases | Illustrative Sales | Partner Share at 30% |
|---|---|---|
| 50 | $5,000 | $1,500 |
| 100 | $10,000 | $3,000 |
| 250 | $25,000 | $7,500 |
| 500 | $50,000 | $15,000 |
| 1,000 | $100,000 | $30,000 |
The $100 average is an assumption, not a confirmed course price or typical order value. Actual results depend on participation, course prices, the signed formula, qualifying sales, refunds, taxes, fees, and other agreed deductions.
100 purchases × $100 = $10,000 in sales
$10,000 × 30% = $3,000 illustrative partner share
04 / Courses

05 / Responsibilities
A Clear Role for Each Partner
| NEDLAW5 Would Provide | The Partner Would Provide |
|---|---|
| Course access and purchase flow | A named campaign contact and internal approval |
| A unique campaign tracking method | Approval of name, logo, and promotional materials |
| Purchase support and transaction records | Distribution of approved materials to its community |
| Periodic sales and adjustment reports | Prompt notice of concerns or corrections |
| Payment calculation and remittance | Payment details and required tax or vendor paperwork |
Shared Decisions Before Launch
Confirm campaign dates, the approved audience, use of each party’s name and logo, beneficiary claims, data handling, message review, and how disputed transactions will be resolved.
Promotional messages should identify the benefiting organization and explain its specific share using the wording agreed in the contract.
06 / Financial Terms Worksheet
Put the Financial Details in Writing
These terms remain open until completed for the partner and included in a signed agreement. The illustration above does not establish a promised percentage or payment.
| Term to Complete | What the Agreement Must Define |
|---|---|
| Partner share | The actual agreed percentage |
| Calculation base | Gross course price, eligible net receipts, or another defined amount |
| Qualifying sale | Settlement, campaign attribution, and eligibility timing |
| Excluded amounts | Treatment of taxes, refunds, fees, discounts, and other deductions |
| Chargebacks | Adjustments and the recovery process |
| Reporting | Frequency and report line items |
| Payment | Payment dates, method, and any minimum threshold |
| Termination | Notice, existing customer access, and final reconciliation |
Partner payment = agreed percentage × agreed calculation base for qualifying sales − contract-defined reversals or adjustments.
Define each input so the same refund or reversal is not deducted twice. State whether taxes and processing fees are included or excluded.
07 / Partner Verification
